SPRING BREAK IS ALMOST HERE!!!

Yes indeed! and this past weekend was VERY eventful.

The varsity boys' basketball team won the 1A State Championship by blowing out region rival Liahona on Saturday evening in Richfield!!!  CONGRATULATIONS MITKO, FRED, INSA, MORGAN and ANDREW!!!!

The student section was packed with Wasatch students including quite a few boys from Finks.


This week Fred, Mitko, Insa, and Andrew are all leaving for the Wasatch Academy trip to INDIA! and Morgan and Derek are heading to Costa Rica for some exciting ecology and biology studies in the rainforests there.

This Week In The Dorm

The boys awakened this morning to a heavy downpour of snow. The weather has since warmed up, and the fresh snow is melting, but the morning snow shower was beautiful and made for an interesting walk to classes.

Raleigh and Justin G., along with the entire WA Ski and Snowboarding Team are competing all week long in Park City.

Mingo attended a dance workshop at Snow College with several other Wasatch Academy dancers in Ephraim where he had the chance to learn from a couple of dancers from the Julliard School. The entire group then participated in a performance at the Eccles Theater for the Performing Arts. According to their teacher, Ms. Hopkins, the group did a GREAT job and learned a lot.
